Smithfield Medical Centre Equipment Fund

(Started in February 2016)

To deal with the demands for better patient care the doctors have found that modern and up to date equipment is essential to improve efficiency, aiding diagnosis and treatment. With this in mind, the practice has set up an equipment fund that patients can donate to.

The items purchased from this fund are for the benefit of all our patients.

If you want to make a contribution towards the equipment fund cheques should be made payable to Smithfield Medical Centre Equipment Fund and posted to the Practice Manager - C/O Smithfield Medical Centre, 7 Smithfield Place, Galgorm Road, Ballymena, BT43 5HB
